It is a source of great satisfaction to see our vision and our performance in a market, such as Artificial Intelligence, which is increasingly distinguished by its extraordinary potential for development.” The final consolidated results will be approved by the BoD on 28th September 2018 Portobello, revenues over 8 mln in the first half of 2018, EBITDA margin at 10%. Portobello SpA, a company specialising in the supply of quality products at affordable prices and in the distribution of media services also through bartering activities. The Board of Directors of Portobello have examined the preliminary results for the first half of 2018. Revenue rose from around 2 million in the first half of 2017 to over 8 million on 30th June 2018, an increase of 301%, and an Ebitda margin of 10%. “The results for the first half of 2018 are extraordinary not only considering the young age of our company but also as indicators of the validity of the development path we are pursuing. – comments Roberto Panfili, co-founder and Managing Director – Portobello is a young but very solid company both commercially and financially, and thanks to the listing on the AIM Italia market we are confident of continuing our development towards ambitious targets.” Elettra: revenues of 26.6 million in the first half of 2018, +13.31% up from the same period in 2017 Elettra Investimenti, an industrial holding company operating in Italy in the sector of electricity and heat production using the Distributed Generation approach (mainly cogeneration plants and trigeneration) and in energy efficiency.
Elettra Investimenti’s half-yearly report approved. On 30th June 2018, the value of production amounted to € 26.6 million (+ 13.31% over the same period in 2017). EBITDA is 4.8 million (5.2 million on 30th June 2017), with an impact on the value of production at 18.06%. EBIT amounted to € 2.8 million (€ 2.9 million on 30th June 2017), profit before tax is € 2.5 million, accounting for 9.57% of the value of production. Shareholders’ equity amounts to € 15.1 million, in line with the figure from 31st December 2017, and the Net Financial Position is € 5.8 million (€ 5.9 million from 31st December 2017). “The results achieved in the first half of 2018 – comments Fabio Massimo Bombacci, president and CEO of the company – are important from different points of view. First of all, the increase in turnover of over 13% compared to the first half of 2017 and the consolidation of the equity structure, which, in addition to being in line with the figure at the end of 2017, remains characterised by a low level of debt with respect to the investments made, allowing us to support the group’s development activities both with liquid assets present today, amounting to over 14 million euros, and through the use of financial leverage. The group’s business areas all recorded positive performances in the first half of 2018, both in terms of revenues and margins, although this trend was partly influenced by the different methods of accounting for the energy efficiency certificates required through the adoption of the accounting principles IAS / IFRS. We have also implemented an area dedicated to energy trading and strengthened the group’s commercial structure in view of the objectives and challenges that await us in the near future.” THE AIM COMPANIES: 4AIM SICAF: 10,99% Abitare In: 1,90% Agatos: -13,95% Alfio Bardolla Training Group: 9,41% Alkemy: -0,17% Alp.I: 2,09% Ambromobiliare: -2,01% Archimede: 0,00% Askoll EVA: 7,49% Assiteca: -0,75% axélero: sosp.
