The Board of Directors of BioDue has examined the consolidated revenues recorded in the first nine months of 2018. From January to September revenues grew by +13.8% to 29.9 million euros. The weight of the foreign market is growing at +28.8%, the domestic component is up 11.7%. The parent company BioDue recorded growth of +6.5% yoy. Behind this driving force, there is the company’s Own Brands Selerbe (+17.1%) and BiOfta (+20.9%). “The growth in consolidated revenues – commented Vanni Benedetti, President and CEO of BioDue – is in line with the forecasts of the business plan. Spaxs, approved merger project with Banca Interprovinciale The Boards of Directors of SPAXS and Banca Interprovinciale have approved the merger plan for the reverse incorporation of SPAXS into Banca Interprovinciale. The administrative bodies of the two companies approved the request to the Banca d’Italia dell’Istanza for the approval of the merger. The integration between SPAXS and Banca Interprovinciale will lead to the disappearance of the spac vehicle, and done to create a new highly innovative and specialised banking model whose denomination will be unlimited.
