Invest Italy SIM, as Bookrunner, has completed the sale from Co.Stamp Srl of 1,849,200 ordinary shares belonging to Costamp Group SpA (equal to 4.35% of the share capital) for a total value of € 5.55 million, gross with charges and commissions. Co.Stamp S.r.l. holds a total of 39,740,407 Costamp Group SpA ordinary shares, equal to 93.53%. The transaction, carried out through an accelerated bookbuilding aimed at qualified Italian and foreign investors, closed at a price of Euro 3.00 per share for a total of Euro 5,547,600 and will be settled on 24th August 2018.
