Costamp Group, ecco i risultati 2017 della combined entity
MILANO (AIMnews.it) – Il valore della produzione consolidato pro-forma 2017 di Costamp Group è pari a 59,0 milioni di euro, l'ebitda a 4,6 milioni. Il CdA proporrà un aumento di capitale per massimi 5 milioni di euro riservato a investitori qualificati e e la proroga di quello da 5 milioni - con diritto d'opzione - deliberato dall'Assemblea a dicembre 2017.
