MILANO (AIMnews.it) – Invest Italy SIM, in qualità di Bookrunner, ha completato la vendita di n. 1.849.200 azioni, pari al 4,35% del capitale di Costamp Group SpA. L’operazione, realizzata attraverso un accelerated bookbuilding rivolto a investitori qualificati italiani ed esteri, si è chiusa ad un prezzo pari a Euro 3,00 per azione per complessivi Euro 5.547.600.
