MILANO (AIMnews.it) – Elettra Investimenti, following two minority purchase transactions, holds 100% of the share capital of PHPower and of Alea Mobilità Urbana (through its subsidiary Alea Energia). The transactions fall within the scope of the reorganisation of the companies of the Elettra Investimenti Group, consistent with the current organisational structure based on business areas dedicated to energy production, plant management and maintenance and energy efficiency. These operations are also aimed at rationalising the use of resources and operating costs. PHPower has developed an innovative solution for energy monitoring and for industrial IoT that simplifies the acquisition of data from any type of sensor or device and that, thanks to its algorithms, enables sophisticated energy diagnoses to be used as a basis for the implementation of energy efficiency measures. Alea Mobilità Urbana, on the other hand, specialises in exclusively electric and sustainable mobility solutions for urban centres and companies through the Eppy car sharing service, aimed both at private users with vehicles for transporting people and goods, and to business users to whom it offers a service called Company Car Sharing dedicated and designed for companies with medium and long term contracts in various formulas. In addition, it has ownership of a fast charging infrastructure, where cars can be recharged for free, with a widespread coverage within the Municipality of Latina. Elettra Investimenti purchased, for 50,000 euros, in addition to an earn out to be determined in 2021 on the basis of the results achieved by the company, 47.62% of PHPower’s share capital, of which it already held 52.38% of the share capital, by the minority shareholders Andrea and Carlo Sasso. Alea Energia purchased for the same amount, in addition to an earn out to be determined in 2021 on the basis of the results achieved by the company, 20.00% of the share capital of Alea Mobilità Urbana, of which it held 80.00% of the share capital, by the minority partner Matteo Granatelli.
