MILAN ( – Casta Diva Group has approved the 2018-2020 strategic plan, which has a financial value of 26 million for this year and 32 million for 2020, and an ebitda of 2.1 and 3.2 respectively, with margins increasing from 8 to 10 percent. Compared to the previous plan (which provided for a margin of 8% to 2019) there is a strong increase in profitability, estimated at 8% already this year. The net financial position is expected to be positive with 3 million by 2020. “The continuous evolution of the communication and entertainment market has motivated us to accelerate the development process designed for the group – explained Andrea De Micheli and Luca Oddo, president and CEO of Casta Diva Group – Successes such as the Silver Lion at the Cannes Film Festival, the arrival of new clients such as Alibaba and established customers such as Procter & Gamble, the evolution of the entertainment sectors with prestigious productions such as ‘DIVA!’ and the development of the initiatives linked to the well-known venue Blue Note, testify to the achievement of the results we have set ourselves and the path towards new objectives”.
