Buy Back and sale of it’s own shares: BioDue update

MILAN (AIMnews.it) – Last week, BioDue bought 3,000 treasury shares, equal to about 0.0269% of the share capital. Purchases have a total value of € 16,800. On the 26th of July, it sold 1,500 treasury shares, equal to about 0.0135% of the share capital. Value of sales transactions: 7,923.00 euros. As of 27 July, BioDue holds 17,500 treasury shares (0.1570% of the share capital).
