MILAN (AIMnews.it) – Bomi Italia has signed a loan agreement for the granting of a medium-long term line of credit for a total amount of 20 million euros with a pool of banks comprised of Crédit Agricole, Cariparma and Deutsche Bank. The loan is destined for the pursuit of the group’s investment plan (also through the partial refinancing of the existing debt), foresees a maturity by April 30, 2023 (with an amortization plan with six-monthly installments, after pre-amortization), a variable interest rate equal to Euribor + 1.25% and is backed by a “Sace” guarantee for an amount equal to one third of the total. At the same time, the company signed an Interest Rate Swap contract with the pool of banks, to fully cover the loan amortization plan.
